The Zaxcom Oasis is a professional-grade mixing control surface engineered for seamless integration with Zaxcom's flagship recorders. With eight motorized, touch-sensitive faders spread across three active banks, Oasis provides hands-on control for up to 40 assignable fader channels. Its layout includes direct hardware controls for trims, transport, routing, and PFL functions, delivering a tactile and efficient mixing workflow ideal for complex sound setups.
Designed to serve as the heart of a sound cart system, Oasis connects to Nova, Nova 2, Nomad 10/12, or Deva 24 through a single serial cable, keeping all audio processing and recording centralized within the host recorder. This modular approach allows for easy transition between cart and bag configurations. Oasis also functions as a control hub-supporting USB keyboards and direct RX-12 receiver integration-and enables full ZaxNet gain control and simultaneous audio playback while recording. Paired with its GUI interface on Windows or Mac, users can enjoy detailed metering, routing control, metadata editing, and timecode management with ease.
