The Sunset Sound S1P "Tutti" 500-Series Microphone Preamp is a LIMITED EDITION 500-Series module made to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the legendary Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood. Only 50 these incredible tanks will be made!
The preamplifier harnesses John Hardy Dual 990 op amps, custom made Cinemag nickel transformers (in-out) and is a wholly original design taken from the famous custom-built console installed in Sunset Sound Studio (Studio 1).
Celebrating 50 years of recordings from Mary Poppins to Van Halen, The Doors to Sheryl Crow, Led Zeppelin to the Wallflowers the studio had to deliver and it has done that on hundreds of recordings! Named after the legendary Sunset Sound founder Tutti Camarata, and born from the famous Sunset Sound custom designed mic preamps.
