Better than almost all competition for sweet full range and depth on acoustic guitars (maybe not for thinned out sound as necessary for rock or pop mixes) Helps avoid the problem of digital artifacts emerging that trouble most condenser types. (I use Lire plus

Simplement le meilleur micro pour le podcasting!
Un micro de cette qualité fera la différence d'un bout à l'autre (de l'enregistrement au produit final, en passant par la postproduction). C'est mon micro de choix!

Great All Around
This mic is built like a tank and is fantastic for many things such as vocals, electric, drums, etc. Not for acoustic guitars.

The SM7B is famously great for many applications, but it may surprise you to hear that it works quite well for rock acoustic rhythm guitar. It gives the guitar a very focused, concise sound. Not so much for delicate ambient finger style instrumentals, but killer in a rock mix. Lire plus
Set it flat and aim it at the neck/body joint, pointed a bit away from the sound hole and about 6-8" out. The mic has low output, though. I usually use a Cloudlifter with mine.

Fantastic
Fantastic rock vocal microphone. There is a reason this is such a classic, and bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers use this microphone.
