no need to get fancy
57s do the trick, they have for ages, and they still hold up. The Beta 52 is a solid kick drum mic and a solid contender no matter what your mic arsenal. There's about a million other things you could use those 57s on too! Good value.
Not crazy about the clips, but they work..
Read moreIf you wanna use them. I prefer to use stands.

What's There to Say?
3x 57s, a Beta 52 and, the often overlooked, A56D mounts (which kick serious ass) for $500 is a seriously good deal. Those clamps are $55 each alone. It's a savings of over $200 and even comes with a slick little carry bag.
