The Radius Mini-ALTO 115 & RAD-2 Kit is a professional-grade microphone windshield and shock mount system designed for location sound recording. Featuring the award-winning RAD-2 Shock Mount, it provides exceptional isolation from handling noise, ensuring clean audio capture even in challenging environments. The Mini-ALTO 115 Blimp Windshield, with its 2-part magnetic "pod" design, allows for quick attachment and removal, making setup seamless and efficient.
Despite its compact 85mm diameter, the Mini-ALTO delivers full-coverage wind protection comparable to larger windshields, reducing noise by up to -40dB with its included removable fur cover. The kit also comes with four pairs of suspension hoops-ranging from extra soft to extra firm-for precise handling control, along with a Smiley Face Adaptor, a Magnetic Windshield Stowage Holder with Carabiner Clip, and a pair of RAD Cable Straps. An optional 3-Pin XLR cable is available for streamlined connectivity.
