The DA8V3S is a high-quality digital to analog card with 8 output channels for use in Merging Hapi Mk III devices. The low phase noise oscillator circuitry contributes to the exceptional clarity and stereo imaging of analog signals by minimizing both jitter and wander.
Additionally, the DA8V3S incorporates an analog mute circuitry and provides protection against spurious transients occurring during sample rate changes and power cycling "clicks" and "pops", which can damage not only speakers but also the listener's ears. With a noise floor of less than -125 dB, the DA8V3S provides ultimate analog output quality for any monitoring system.
