Good product, just not for me.
These feel like a nice, high-quality product. The case is nice, the headband feels solid, the foam cups and cables are all high quality. Unfortunately for me, I found these to be too uncomfortable to use. They push on my upper jaw in a way that is very bothersome for me.
Read moreI'm sensitive to pressure on my head, as a glasses wearer with a larger sized head, and these just don't work for me. I know others who own these cans and find them to be relatively comfortable, so ymmv. I also own Sennheiser HD 600's which have a similar type of over-ear fit, but I find those infinitely more comfortable than the Focals. I also prefer the sound of those, however of course close-back headphones will sound different than open-back, anyway. I was disappointed with the Focals because I really wanted to like them - I love Focal monitors - but these just don't work for me, and since there are no returns on headphones, I'll have to sell or trade them.
