The Dynaudio C4 is a free standing, three or four way system designed to work in control and mastering rooms without the need for special flush mounting or acoustic re-design. The main loudspeaker consists of an acoustically optimised asymmetric enclosure containing low frequency, mid-range and high frequency drivers capable of reproducing the most superb and accurate sound quality for recording and mastering applications. For situations where greater power output and SPL are required the main loudspeaker can be combined with a subwoofer system and controlled by a high quality crossover.

The modular approach allows the C4 to suit any size of control room and meet a variety of SPL requirements while reproducing the most superb audiophile sound quality.

The asymmetric heavily damped sealed box is able to deliver the best possible transient response and is hand built to order. The standard system contains a high efficiency passive crossover between the mid and HF drivers in conjunction with an active two way electronic crossover supplying the mid and low frequency sections. The system is eminently suitable for the monitoring of all surround sound formats including 5.1 with an optional sub-sum for post production applications.
