Best piano mics I have used to date
Love the flexibility and feedback/crosstalk rejection by being able to close the lid of the grand piano and still get an authentic piano sound. Careful placement is required to get tonal balance across the octaves, and some grand pianos have internal bracing that makes that difficult.
Read moreThe mics sound better (more open) with a short stick than with the lid fully closed, but they are far superior to any other dynamic or condenser mics I have used with the lid closed.
