Designed around Warm Audio's custom K47-style capsule-the very same capsule found in its flagship WA-47-the WA-47jr SE captures the warm lows, rich midrange, and smooth top end that have made ‘47-style microphones legendary across decades of recordings.

This Studio Essential version pairs that iconic capsule with modern transformerless circuitry, delivering an ultra-low self-noise level of just 9dBA, a wide dynamic range of 138dBA, and a fully discrete signal path. Its cardioid design focuses directly on the source, rejecting unwanted room reflections, making it an excellent choice for vocals, acoustic guitar, piano, drum overheads, voiceover, or streaming setups. Packaged with a custom hard mount and a premium leather storage pouch, the WA-47jr SE Nickel offers both durability and elegance for studio and project environments alike.
