With its large 6.125-inch diameter screen and patented Proscreen technology, this filter doesn't just diffuse plosives " it redirects airflow downward, away from the microphone capsule. The result is clean, uncolored vocal tracks, even during close-miked performances with strong "P" and "B" sounds.

Engineered for serious recording environments, the XL V2 features a durable all-metal construction finished in a long-lasting powder coat, along with a 16.5-inch heavy-duty gooseneck for effortless positioning. The newly updated Universal Clamp attaches securely to any mic boom arm or stand up to 1.5 inches wide, with soft rubber pads to prevent scratches.
