The Musician Plugin transforms the MixPre-6 II into a versatile portable studio, giving musicians and songwriters the ability to create complete multi-track recordings without a computer. With the plugin enabled, the MixPre-6 II supports up to 12 total tracks, with the ability to record six simultaneously, making it perfect for bands, solo artists, or collaborative sessions.

Creative production tools include overdubbing, track bouncing, and punch in/out recording, as well as cue markers for easy navigation. Add depth and character with built-in Reverb and Vocal Air effects, and stay on beat with the configurable metronome. Flexible input-to-track routing streamlines setup, while real-time mixing with faders, pans, solos, mutes, and effects provides hands-on control. When your song is ready, simply render/export your project, or import multichannel WAVs from a DAW to use as backing tracks or new foundations.
