The Rycote 055207 Standard Hole SGM Foam & Windjammer is a high-performance wind protection set designed for shotgun microphones with slots no further than 15 cm from the tip. This discreet, slip-on system features a durable open-cell acoustic foam windshield that provides up to 20 dB wind and pop noise reduction with minimal high-frequency loss.

For even greater protection, the included Rycote Windjammer adds another 12 dB attenuation, making the pair ideal for outdoor recording in challenging weather. The foam is moisture and UV resistant, ensuring long-term reliability for broadcast, film, and location sound work.
