The RME M-1620 Pro DA is a 20-channel digital-to-analog converter that brings pristine, reference-grade sound from MADI, ADAT, and Milan AVB network audio into the analog domain. Equipped with 16 balanced line outputs (individually switchable up to +24 dBu) plus two independent stereo headphone outputs, it's an ideal hub for professional live sound monitoring, broadcast playback, and high-end studio workflows.
Built into a rugged 1U chassis, the M-1620 Pro DA offers dual redundant network and MADI connections, optional optical MADI via SFP, and a monitored DC input alongside the internal AC power supply for mission-critical reliability. RME's SteadyClock FS ensures ultra-low jitter, while the onboard routing matrix allows direct channel mapping from any digital source to the analog outputs or headphones. Full control is possible from the front panel, via web interface, or over USB, making it equally suited for standalone operation or deep integration into networked audio systems.
