On the microphone side, the SG 5 features a 3/8" male thread, while the stand side includes a 5/8"-27 female thread, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of professional mic stands. For added flexibility, a thread adapter is included, allowing connection to 1/2" and 3/8" stands as well.
