The Z-TONE Buffer Boost is a powerful preamp/DI pedal that enhances your guitar or bass tone with pro-level clarity, warmth, and control-right from the front of your pedalboard. Developed with the same tone-shaping input circuits as IK Multimedia's acclaimed AXE I/O interface, this ultra-versatile tool brings studio-quality dynamics and flexibility to any live or recording rig. Whether you're taming a long signal chain, adding a touch of analog warmth, or shaping the feel of your instrument, Z-TONE Buffer Boost is built to refine your entire sound path.

At its core, the pedal features a switchable PURE or JFET input stage-offering either ultra-transparent signal or rich harmonic coloration. The variable Z-TONE impedance dial lets you sweep from 1 MOhm down to 2.2 kOhms, dramatically altering your guitar's character and responsiveness, much like switching between amp inputs or passive and active circuits. Add the clean boost circuit to push your pedals or amp harder, or keep your tone crystal clear across long cable runs with the transparent buffer. With multiple output options including XLR, ground lift, and unbalanced 1/4'' jacks, it's ready for any stage, studio, or mixer. Compact, pedalboard-friendly, and made in Italy, Z-TONE Buffer Boost also includes AmpliTube 5 SE for next-level tone sculpting and reamping possibilities.
