The VNE is Hazelrigg Industries' flagship single-channel compressor, designed to deliver clean, musical dynamic control with the transparency and tonal integrity professionals demand. Born from the acclaimed circuitry of the D.W. Fearn VT-7, the VNE features an all Class-A vacuum tube audio path paired with a modern Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control circuit-an innovative approach that ensures fast, accurate gain reduction without coloring the source material.

Handcrafted in the USA with premium components and tuned by ear through extensive listening tests, the VNE excels in both tracking and mixing. Front panel controls include Threshold, Attack, Release, Gain, and a three-position switch for bypass or side-chain High-Pass Filter (100 Hz) to avoid over-compression from bass-heavy content. With transformer-balanced I/O, ultra-low THD (<0.07%), and a wide frequency response, the VNE offers precise compression with exceptional sonic transparency-making it an indispensable tool for any high-end studio.
