The dbx AFS2 is a standalone feedback suppression processor designed for both live and installed sound systems. It features a completely re-engineered Advanced Feedback Suppression (AFS) module and an intuitive full LCD display for setup and real-time monitoring. With its Wizard Setup function, the AFS2 eliminates the complexity of tuning for room acoustics, making feedback control both easy and precise.

Equipped with up to 24 programmable filters per channel, the AFS2 provides extensive feedback elimination capability with ultra-narrow Q values as tight as 1/80 of an octave. Whether used in stereo or dual mono mode, it delivers flexibility with live and fixed filter options, user-adjustable filter lift times, and application-specific filtering tailored for speech or music. It supports XLR and TRS inputs/outputs, making it a robust, user-friendly solution for virtually any sound reinforcement scenario.
